11: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GO Architecture and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors (collectively, “Go Architecture Parties”) shall not be liable under any legal theory (including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services (including linked websites and content accessed through the Services).

Types of Excluded Damages. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, emotional distress, lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost savings, data loss, replacement costs, or any other similar damages, even if foreseeable or if Go Architecture Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate liability of the Go Architecture Parties to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid for the Services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (ii) $100.

• Your use of any information obtained from the Services.

13: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Except as provided in Section 19 (Termination), any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the Southern District of New York or the courts of the State of New York, in New York County. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Waiver of Objections

You agree that the courts identified in this Section 18 have jurisdiction over you for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services. You further agree that these courts are the proper venue for the resolution of any such disputes

15. TIME ZONES

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deadlines and times reported by Go Architecture are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to maintain global consistency in our Services.

16. LANGUAGE

Any version of these Terms in a language other than English is provided for your convenience. You understand and agree that the English language version will control in case of any conflict.
